Job Summary
Ensure all legal requirements are fulfilled and applicable valid permits are available.
Review the register of regulatory requirement at every six month and update as and when required.
Submission of annual, biannual, quarterly returns to the Govt. authorities like GPCB, CPCB, DISH, PESO, etc..
Submission of application in the prescribed format to the concerned authority for new license|permits, renewals, amendments, etc.
Regular visits and meeting with concerned Govt. officers
Develop cohesive relations with the Govt. Officers.
Submission of reply to the queries, notices and other communications with govt. authority.
Collecting and preparation of supporting documents and proofs.
Regular monitoring of plants and site for ensuring compliance to the legal requirement on site.
Effective Co-ordination and communication with internal stake holders.
Reporting of identified non-compliance to legal requirements to respective stakeholder.
Updating on legal requirements through books, journals, internets, meeting officers, attending conferences, etc.
Preparing presentations with appropriate content and confidently delivered.
Proper record keeping of all the communications i.e. incoming and out going
Co-coordinating with concerned parties about the resolving complaints.
Salary : Negotiable INR
Qualification : BE or B.Tech Chemical

Should have experience in Chemical Process plant
