Job Summary

To ensure achievement of targets (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) as communicated by the Branch Manager, manage the distribution network, monitor sales executives and plan and increase sales in the respective areas allotted

  • Lead from the front and ensure that the regional/state-wise, product-wise sales target are achieved.
  • Review and monitor region/ state-wise performance of the team on a weekly basis.
  • Conceptualize and develop region/ state-wise sales strategies in line with available resources.
  • Ensure cost in line with sales generated as per agreed norm.

  • Ensure that regional/ state expenses do not exceed the budgeted amount.
