Job Summary

  • Manage the overall recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Coordinate the completion of the necessary paperwork, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Mediate conflicts and issues between employees or between employees and management.
