Qualification
- Any undergraduate degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Knowledge of MS Office and other HR systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Manage the organization s talent acquisition process, which may include interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits. Research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent

- Training, counseling, and coaching our staff
- Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Carry out necessary administrative duties
- Conduct performance and wage reviews
- Develop clear employee policies and ensure policy awareness
- Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
