Job Summary About the Role: As a Senior System Support Specialist, you will be a key member of our Build and Run Operations team, responsible for managing and maintaining a wide range of services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microservices, and Power Platform. You will provide essential support to ensure these services meet business SLAs and deliver exceptional performance on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Build, support, and maintain SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microservices, and Power Platform services. Provide 2nd/3rd level support for business-critical incidents, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Identify and implement service enhancements to improve efficiency and performance. Collaborate with the Service Design and Roadmap team on new technology evaluations and deployments. Ensure adherence to established business SLAs and quality standards. Required Skills and Experience: Strong expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written Experience working in a multinational environment Benefits: Hybrid work arrangements Generous annual leave Comprehensive medical insurance In-house training programs
