We are currently in search of aSeniorSystem Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Build and Run Operations SharePoint & Power Platform team, focusing on the management and maintenance of various services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microservices (Planner, Whiteboard, Stream, etc.), and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Your responsibilities will encompass building, supporting, and providing maintenance for these services, offering 2nd/3rd level support as needed. Ensuring that these services adhere to established business SLAs and are consistently delivering quality support on a global scale will be a key aspect of your role. You will take charge of resolving business-critical incidents, devising both interim and permanent technical solutions within the realm of the supported services. Timely resolution of tickets, meeting Target Resolution Time (TRT) goals, and delving deep into recurring incidents for problem management will be among your daily tasks.
Furthermore, you will actively identify avenues for service enhancement and contribute to their successful implementation. Collaborating with the Service Design and Roadmap team, you will participate in the design, evaluation, testing, and deployment of new technologies within your domain of expertise, which spans SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microservices. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations and driving continuous improvement.

As aSeniorSystem Support Specialist, havingSharePoint and Power Platform is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of PowerShell scripting will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a system support aficionado; therefore, you have a good understanding of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
