Job Summary
Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure MECM and Intune environments to ensure optimal performance and security. Manage application deployment, patch deployment, and reporting using MECM and Intune. Support large-scale enterprise deployments and services. Drive technical solutions to improve system compliance and automation. Ensure maximum availability and minimize disruption to Workspace services. Meet agreed targets, SLAs, and metrics. Collaborate with business stakeholders and promote the use of standardized tools and processes. Work effectively with cross-functional teams and external service providers. Manage client inventory, patch management, and application deployment for over 300K clients. Required Skills and Experience: Strong SCCM and Intune skills with advanced troubleshooting expertise Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager or Intune certification is a significant advantage 6+ years of experience in endpoint management tools In-depth experience in implementing and administering MECM and Intune Experience with co-management scenarios using both MECM and Intune Knowledge of Intune Application management and Windows update ring configurations Strong troubleshooting skills for MECM components and infrastructure upgrades Experience writing SQL queries and automation scripts with PowerShell Experience with Adaptiva or other content delivery technologies ITIL standards, incident management, and release management experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis and work during public holidays Benefits: Hybrid work arrangements Generous annual leave Comprehensive medical insurance In-house training programs
