Job Summary

Job Purpose The role focuses on growing the Treasury Sales business for MNC and Mid-cap segments, with a significant emphasis on expanding the FX flow business. The objective is to strengthen the Bank's franchise by devising strategies to onboard and deliver GFM solutions to target clients. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients in the MNC and Mid-cap segments, offering tailored treasury solutions. Product & Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new treasury products, delivery models, and industry insights. Transaction Execution: Execute treasury transactions and support desk activities to meet the year-end objectives of the desk. Risk Management Solutions: Provide customized FX and Interest Rate Risk Management solutions to clients. Process Efficiency: Work with clients to improve their treasury processes through digital delivery, market updates, and product ideas. Business-As-Usual Operations: Manage flow business activities, transaction handling, and reporting of trade/loan transactions. Management & Control Systems: Ensure appropriate management information and control systems are in place. Cross-Sell Opportunities: Collaborate with IBG and GTS teams to increase cross-selling of T&M products within the portfolio.
