Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies that balance financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Research new markets and customer needs to drive strategy
- Arrange meetings with clients to expand business opportunities
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree in business administration, sales, or other relevant field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role, with experience managing multiple showrooms and driving business expansions Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages a plus
- Market knowledge in the luxury space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
