Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to connect with education institutions, present and develop business with select key/large accounts
  • Responsible to achieve targeted business
  • Prepare & update data of target group
  • Build strong relationships with influencers in the target group / ensure favorably word of mouth
  • To hire, train & develop a performance-driven sales team
  • Participate & present in events/workshops
  • Ensure market intelligence on key developments
  • Ensuring long term win-win partnerships

Requirements :

  • Deep understanding of solution/concept sales
  • Ability to think beyond & execution-oriented
  • Experience in sales with key/chain/large accounts
  • Brand representation
  • The ability to lead, drive team performance in a dynamic business environment
  • To be able to drive cross-functional performances, Independent, enthusiastic
  • Individual passionate about driving a change in education space
