Process Name: Customer Voice Process (International Process)
Experience-Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in International BPO or Customer Support
• Graduate/Post Graduate both can apply
• Male can apply
• Should be comfortable working in night shifts for males
• Excellent Communication skills required in English
Salary
o CTC 28,000 (In Hand- 23677): 6 months of experience In International BPO
o CTC 29,000 (In Hand- 24684): For candidates having 6-12 months of experience.
o CTC 30,000 (In Hand 25622): For the candidates who have at least 12 months of experience.
• The candidate will be responsible to handle the queries raised by the AU customers.
• The candidate should have customer handling skills
• 5 Days working (with 2 rotational Weeks off)
• Work From Office – Gurgaon
• No cab facility.
• Fix Quarterly increment of 1000 RS depending on performance.
• Traveling allowance of INR 180/day for male candidates during the training period.
