Job Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment process from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter.
  • Holding intake meetings with line managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, sharing their expertise to demonstrate credibility and set expectations on the availability of talent and efficient sourcing strategies
  • Own and drive the sourcing strategy for a variety of roles across the business
  • Proactively source and identify candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (i.e. search engines, job board databases, social media platforms, campus selection, placement cells)
  • Strategically utilise LinkedIn, online research, events, etc. to engage highly passive, sought-after candidates. Be proactive about exploring alternative sourcing channels
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicant
  • implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant Job portals
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
  • Creating weekly/ monthly reports to accurately reflect talent plan, status and other reports
  • Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers

Skill Requirement

  • Dynamic, Confident, Highly self-directed
  • Good Communication skills in English written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards /portals
  • Deadline driven, with good time management to balance competing demands
