Job Responsibilities

Urgent vacancy for HR Talent Acquisition .

JD :

• Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Middle Level positions for BPO requirements.
• Screening prospective candidates through Telephonic Interviews.
• Taking interviews of candidates ,face to face..
• Conducting the initial rounds of the interview like the PIR, Written tests, Online tests etc.
• Coordinating the Personal interviews of the short listed Candidates with the Operations Team.
• Sourcing quality profiles from various job portals like naukri , monster and times.
• Ability to handle footfall on regular basis.
• Handling front line BPO hiring for various process (Outbound & Inbound) .
• Coordinating with training & operation hiring SPOC for further rounds
• Expectation setting with shortlisted candidates
• To maintain good number of Walk-in on consistent basis.
• Searching candidates from Job Portal through Mass mails, SMS Blast & line up the candidates
• Tie-Up with Institute, colleges, NGOs
