Position Lead Pre-Sales Consultant
Location- Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Analyze Business Requirements and translate into technical solutions
2.Drive Discovery calls/workshops with the Customer, either in-person or over Webex, as needed
3.Put together a competitive value proposition to the Customer leveraging Market Research and other information available
4.Put together and present tailored demonstrations to the Customer
5.Preparation of Sales Proposals, RFP, and RFI responses
6.Contribute to Sales/Marketing Collaterals, Client Presentations, and Success Stories etc.
7.Work with the Sales Team to develop and implement account penetration strategies in target Accounts
8.Stay current on Salesforce Clouds/Product Developments/Releases to a level required for demonstrations/PoCs
9.Develop key competencies and certifications on Salesforce Clouds
10.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery Teams to move Opportunities forward
Skills & Experience Requirements
1.8-10yrs. of IT work experience in Customer facing Roles with least 4 years in Presales on SaaS-based Technologies
2.Ability to understand the needs of a prospective Client and then position the appropriate solution to meet those needs.
3.Strong presentation, business discovery, and facilitation skills along with proven excellent analytical abilities
4.Demonstrable experience in putting together Proposals, responding to RFPs and RFIs
5.Hands-on experience with configuring Applications and setting up basic demos
6.Ability to clearly articulate thoughts/ideas and document them
7.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities while meeting deadlines
8.Good interpersonal skills to develop relationships with the Client and internally across Teams
9.Willingness to travel; either domestic or international, which can be budgeted up to 10% of the time
10.Preference for candidates with SaaS CRM/SaaS experience
