Project Leader (Financial Services) Consulting/Research Gurgaon (3-8 Years)

Your Employer: A leading consultancy and shared services organization having global footprints.

Responsibilities:

• Producing client-ready research and analysis, generating strong business insights and understanding implications with a key focus on Banking, Insurance and other FS sectors.
• Driving their workstream s overall answer and final materials, client communication, work planning, and team management
• Assigning workflow and monitor / manage workload and creatively resolve capacity planning
• Should be comfortable with driving open-ended research, creating point-of-views, IP creation, survey analytics, showing quick ramp up on new projects
• Building client-ready visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau and perform a variety of advanced analysis on Alteryx, excel, etc.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Post-Graduate from a Tier-1 institute with 3 to 8 years of professional experience in a consulting or research environment with financial services sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Payments, Fintech, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Prior experience of handling a team is a plus.
• Hands on experience of working with Atleryx, Tableau, R/Python is an added advantage.
