Job Summary

POSITION GOALS & OBJECTIVES:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

  • Develop key relationships with Decision Makers & Influencers of a plethora of Large Enterprises including Fortune 500s, Venture Capitalists, Technology companies
  • Arrange quarterly meetings with key prospect stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Strategize how to address prospect needs and pitch to prospective leads
  • Identify how to address decision maker, influencer and user groups differently based on needs
  • Plan & Implement Growth strategies for the identified industry & market segments

TRANSACTIONS:

  • Conduct walkthroughs / tours at various CoWrks locations
  • Persuade channel partners / influencers to close transactions
  • Disciplined approach to drive outbound sales initiative

MARKET RESEARCH:

  • Understand market trends
  • Understand spatial data, real estate micro-markets and demand drivers
  • Track competition across geographies
  • Track competitor movement across engagement initiatives / events
  • Track regulatory changes or public policy initiatives that could open opportunities or pose threats to growth

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the brand at various conferences / networking events / business development initiatives
  • Identify industry events and networking / business development opportunities
  • Develop & manage pro-actively & systematically effective business relationship with key accounts
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Community, Marketing, Legal, Design, Alliances, etc.
  • End-to-end transaction management

QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES:

  • Commercial / Office or Capital Markets leasing experience
  • Well-versed with Enterprise / SaaS Sales tools or CRM tools
