Job Summary
Manual Testing:
- Perform thorough and detailed manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure issues are resolved.
- Monitor production systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Quickly respond to and resolve production issues and incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy fixes and enhancements.
- Provide technical support to internal and external users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Document and present test results, defect reports, and status updates.
- Participate in meetings to discuss project requirements, test plans, and progress.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
