Job Summary Manual Testing:
  • Perform thorough and detailed manual testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure issues are resolved.
Production Support:
  • Monitor production systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quickly respond to and resolve production issues and incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy fixes and enhancements.
Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support to internal and external users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
Communication Skills:
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Document and present test results, defect reports, and status updates.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss project requirements, test plans, and progress.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
