Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Managing a team.
Responsible to deliver the budgets with support of state heads
Recruitment of POS and strategic partners in line with the plan
Manage existing dealer networks by building a strong and cordial relationship with them.
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
Develop creative and innovative ways to market Company s product or services.

Requirement:

Ability to provide direction and collaborate with the in-house sales/marketing team.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration environments.
Experience in leading and managing a team
Should be Proactive and take ownership to meet sales deadlines.
Good knowledge of Insurance sales.

Qualification :
Graduate

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
