Job Description

  • Years of Experience 5 to 7 in Product Support Industry.
  • Telco Domain experience is a Must.
  • Graduates in BSC Comp Science or any Engg.
  • Worked in at-least 3 different Product Support companies.
  • Basic understanding of CRM, Java, PHP, C, Oracle DB.
  • Should have Lead small teams and worked closely with clients.
  • Possess good Coordination skills with Product Development & Client Teams.
  • Possess good debugging & trouble shooting skills.
  • Should be a Quick Learner with Good Spoken English.
  • Good Documentation skills to build Knowledge base.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tickets.
  • Willing to work across shifts ( 24X7 ).
  • Preferable to have subscription billing experience.
