Job Description
- Years of Experience 5 to 7 in Product Support Industry.
- Telco Domain experience is a Must.
- Graduates in BSC Comp Science or any Engg.
- Worked in at-least 3 different Product Support companies.
- Basic understanding of CRM, Java, PHP, C, Oracle DB.
- Should have Lead small teams and worked closely with clients.
- Possess good Coordination skills with Product Development & Client Teams.
- Possess good debugging & trouble shooting skills.
- Should be a Quick Learner with Good Spoken English.
- Good Documentation skills to build Knowledge base.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tickets.
- Willing to work across shifts ( 24X7 ).
- Preferable to have subscription billing experience.
