Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

KRA:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Plan Human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
  • Supervision on Talent acquisition activities of Trainee to Manager Grades through various modes. (Employee Referral Scheme, campus-hire, job portals, walk ins etc).
  • Initial screening of resumes and short listing candidates at HR level & further coordination with respective DHs.
  • Check references/past record of selected candidates before joining.
  • Tracking of Selected candidates and keep in touch through courtesy call from selection date to joining date.
  • Identify Talent pain area and trigger the recruitment actions accordingly.

Performance Management System:

  • Appraisal process across the Performance indicator at each level after Job Analysis.
  • Assist in establishing the framework (PMS, KRA) Performance Appraisal system linked to the Reward Management and Career Progression System.

Orientation and Session/Work shop on HR related matters:

  • Complete all joining formalities for new hires.
  • Provide orientation sessions for new batch of employees and to introduce them to the senior team via welcome mail.
  • Conduct Induction Workshop for new hires on complete organization and its line of business.
  • Conduct sessions on HR related matters (Polices and processes) to employees as well to managers.
  • Deliver presentations on Employee Engagement survey, Health Insurance benefits, ESIC etc.
  • Issue check list followed by providing Employee Handbook, Email IDs, ID Cards, Uniforms, Salary Bank account etc
  • Brief out about organizational discipline and etiquette .
  • Issuance of Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter etc.

Execution and close-monitoring of Organizational Policies:

  • Responsible for implementation of HR policies for the recruitment, confirmation, performance appraisal, training, appointments, resignations, Leave Rules etc.
  • To enforce discipline in the organization, Welfare Activities, Compensation benefits, Salary structure, Insurance policies, etc.
  • Prepared Employee Handbook which contains various policies such as: Organization Chart, Structure, Classification, Levels, compensation, perks, etc
  • Recruitment and Selection, Joining, Appointment, Induction, Probation, Confirmation, Promotion, Bonus, Salary revision, Annual Increments.
  • Attendance and Leave Rules.

Training and Development:

  • Employee Induction, on-boarding, Orientation training programs.
  • Prepare and design training schedule for all the technical departments.
  • Planning need based training programs.

Vendor management & General Administration:

  • Handle all manpower contractors invoices as well as payment issues across PAN India.
  • Looking after day to day office administration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Points:

  • Proven experience as a HR with minimum 10 years experience
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of HR software and experience with MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Self motivated, dynamic and good team player.
