Identify & hire mid-senior to senior-level professionals
Apply your experience and knowledge in meeting the hiring needs, developing hiring strategies
Build engaged talent pipelines for multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates which can sustain long-term hiring goals
Create closing approaches to manage stakeholder expectations backed by market data
Lead with data promoting future workforce planning decisions and accurate forecasting
Ensure the company provides a positive interview experience to all the candidates and timely review the same to enhance the diversity in hiring
Requirements
Should be an MBA/MSW graduate with an HR specialization
Must have 6+ years of experience in the same industry
Strong communication, organizational and strategic skills
Proven experience in scaling a high-growth team
Proven prior leadership & mentorship experience in recruitment-related activities
Experience with Sales & Social media recruiting and upscaling the team is a requisite
