Job Summary

Sr. Manager Business Development should have approx 6 to 7 years of experience in enterprise solution selling. He is key responsible person whose prime duty is to generate sales for organization, team members and self. Apart from this his core duty covers making a strong, positive brand image, developing lasting relations with clients and supporting other business functions when ever required.

  • Creating strategies for sales growth in alignment to company s goals
  • Managing Sales Targets of company for various segments
  • Managing relations with current client base and generating repeat business
  • Develop new business avenues and relations
  • Complying company s processes and documentation standards for sales
  • Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales team
  • Being brand ambassador of company
  • Managing MkIS / CRM of company reporting to CMO / Management
  • Providing suggestions & inputs to lead generation team
  • Coordinate with other departments heads for better workflow
  • Improving performance of other sales team members
  • Representing company into various exhibition and trade fairs
  • Making channel partners and strategic alliances
  • Doing analysis on conversion ratio of sales, and implementing corrective steps
  • Helping HR Team for building strong sales team
