Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Program/Partner Operations. Prior experience with a fast growth enterprise software company is highly preferred.
  • Design and implement enhancements to improve partner experience through the PRM platform
  • Manage and support the program s day-to-day workings, including onboarding new partners, managing partner requests and helping them with Confluent s Partner Portal
  • Working knowledge of sales processes, systems, and reporting in SFDC to optimize operational processes between our CRM and PRM
  • Maintain and support the program infrastructure, including partner portal, SFDC, partner benefits and programs (MDF, Partner Training, etc.)
  • Experience with partner deal registration process
  • Manage a team of external agencies and contractors who support Confluent s program infrastructure.
  • Support Confluent s internal teams which include Global Partner Sales, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing and Strategic Alliance Teams.

Job Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience in managing operations for a global partner program or sales operations role.
  • Experience in working on Salesforce.com - SFDC (CRM) and Partner Portal (PRM) systems.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com back-end integrations and tools.
  • Ability to create reporting and dashboards on Salesforce.com.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Experience with tracking key performance metrics for partner programs with outstanding results.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to present ideas in a simple, straightforward manner.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and creative with strong project management.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a cross-functional team and also work independently.
  • Attention to details, with the ability to handle large dataset is a must.
