Job Summary This profile will involve working in many facets of business continuity planning such as Emergency Response Planning, Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery options analysis and recovery strategy definition, BCP documentation, BCP Implementation, Training, Testing and Maintenance. The profile will require extensive communication with various teams across the world for BCP related activities for processes that are in existence as well as for processes that are under transition or shall be transitioned.Job Responsibilities and Tasks Works with the Functional and Business Units Heads to ensure maintenance of an on-going Business Continuity program. Delivery training and awareness of business continuity and crisis management procedures for all staff members who would be involved in managing significant business disruptions, including Crisis Management Teams, Business Division Heads, Departmental Plan Owners and their teams Contributes to the process of ensuring that companies plans and processes meet external/ internal standards. Provides templates and necessary tools to facilitate a standard format for documenting BCP''s. Ensures existence of processes to generate world-class, up-to-date business continuity plans. Ensures that plans are appropriately tested and are reviewed and updated on a pre-determined schedule. Work closely with the IT department to establish open communication to ensure clarity of requirements and capability. Presentation of proposed business recovery strategies, solutions and associated expenditure and cost allocations to senior country and divisional managementMinimum Requirements

Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Business Continuity (ABCP, CBCP) certification is preferred; other risk management-related certifications (CRP, CIA, CISSP, etc.) are desirableWork Experience Minimum 10 years of work experience with atleast 7 years relevant experience Business Continuity Management Experience in Business /IT controls, Emergency Response, Disaster Recovery Planning/ testing, IT Security consulting, will be preferred.
