Job Summary
- Develop and execute a business plan that includes setting targets, developing strategies and implementing tactics to achieve goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of executives and other staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and new business opportunities.
- Identify and explore new areas for expansion and growth of the business in multiple cities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to our services.
- Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, increase efficiency and boost customer satisfaction.
- Research new products and technologies to ensure we are up-to-date with industry standards.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
- Bachelor or Master degree in any stream
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Expansion of business in a leading position
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of business operations and financial management
