Develop the business plan and product calendar for business line and track the progress to ensure that the business line meets the revenue and profitability goals of

Understand the market, customer and competitor behavior to develop the optimal product mix for the business to ensure maximum profitability

Formulate and execute plans to expand market share in existing markets and capture new geographies

Monitor the market, competitors, distributor channel feedback to analyze and identify opportunities for new product introduction or improvement in existing products

Liaison with R&D team to decide and prioritize products to be launched for the division

Ensure timely development of the new product formula, testing, commercial production

Monitor launch of new products with a view to improve market penetration, and increase the profitability of the division

Develop new channels (Agents)for efficient delivery of new products

Develop the pricing, and branding strategy for new products

Develop, review and help the sales channel teams in implementing the business group strategy across the different regions and ensure consistency of practices across locations

Maintain contact with major customers and prospects to close a sale, promote good will, or to provide a basis for continued or future business

Attends trade fairs and shows to direct or participate in demonstrations of company products, to build good will for the company with customers or prospects, and to report on competitive developments as observed at these forums.
