Job Summary
Summary:
The Telesales Team Leader has to supervise and support the work of the telemarketers and at the same time assist the Telesales Manager in set up of the campaigns. He needs to monitor the performance of the agents and guide them accordingly.
Description:
- He/She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Looking for someone who has experience in Telesales background, especially in customer acquisition.
- Should have handled a team.
- Minimum 4 years of experience, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
