JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead corporate training sales function for CloudThat
- Drives business development and lead generation processes to grow customer base and business
- Capitalize on incoming leads generated by marketing
- Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with focus on recurring revenue streams
- Design and implement innovative sales strategies based on market study and trends
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
- Achievement of key metrics of conversion and revenue consistently
- Work very closely with the team for lead development and customer success
- Able to articulate andevangelize the value of hybrid cloud IT solutions in the current market
- Should be good with analytical thinking and conduct periodic analysis on processes to make it more efficient
- Design a career and professional development plan for sales team members
- Create Dashboards for senior leadership
The best candidate for this role should or could have:
- 12+ years of experience in corporate training sales with over 8 years of experience in Ed-Tech Sales is a must
- MBA in Marketing
- Good communication, written and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of current Cloud trends
- Knowledge about building proposals for corporate training
