Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, own and drive for Sales targets assigned by the Head of Sales.
  • Develop, foster and grow relationships with clients to grow a network of clients.
  • Takes ownership of Sales responsibilities for Region and Sector assigned.
  • Gather business requirements and needs of clients.
  • Own the RFP/RFI/RFQ and Bid management process for their own clients.
  • Keep ears-on-the-ground and to be aware of developments, issues and competition at client site.
  • Keeps abreast of industry/sector updates especially to do with competition.
  • De-escalate internal and client facing issues.
  • Pre-empt risk to Sales targets and keep management abreast of such risks (in time).
  • Lead generation and follow-up.
  • Lead filtering & database management
  • Preparation, collation and analysis of Management Information (MI)
  • Prepare a multitude of Sales reports
  • Prepare, Lead and participate in client meetings
  • Preparation and lead Sales pitches, presentation, Service packs
  • Aiding & leading along with Head of Sales in Sales Review meetings and conferences
  • Action-taker for their respective regions in all decisions taken in conference calls, client and Sales meetings
  • Collates, Prepares and Analyses data to be used for - appraisals, sales reviews, budgeting, marketing and client pitches.
