Job Summary
Qualification :
BS/BE degree or equivalent; Computer Science or Electronics
Role and Responsibilities
- Generate interest in Trigya s software s and products through outbound calls daily
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with Enterprise and medium sized companies and agencies by phone
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail- Develop relationships at all levels from CxO to IT teams
- Qualify and allocate leads for sales team
- Work with a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
- Develop and sustain knowledge of Trigya s offerings and associated technologies
- Data-entry and lead management of company records into CRM
- Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply this knowledge to help generate further new business
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts
Key Skill and Capabilities
- Knowledge in Cloud technologies with experience selling Software product subscriptions to end customers. Any experience with cloud environments preferred with experience in AWS, Azure and other Cloud technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Great phone personality and phone voice
- Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques
- Negotiation & influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person in an organization
- High-energy and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high quality of work
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
- Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired
- Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team
- Ability to work on Sales CRM and MS Office Products
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
