SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE - 4+ years of integration experience with the Azure Platform (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Synapse, Databricks) 4+years of experience with enterprise-class ETL/BI tools (Microsoft SQL/SSRS/SSIS/SSAS/PowerBI) Deep analytical experience and understanding of typical information technology processes Experience with software testing, report writing, and database management Experience with requirements gathering and documentation processes Experience with Fetch XML a plus Designing & developing dimensions, hierarchies & cubes Develop calculated measures using MDX Provides oversight and mentoring to the BI Development team Achieves and maintains relevant technical competencies and helps to foster an environment of continuous growth and learning among colleagues on existing and emerging technologies KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Manage and Architect BI solutions (portals, dashboards, standard, and ad-hoc reporting) with a specific focus on data management and data warehouse architecture. Develop and Architect Azure-based Integrations and BI Solutions Provide technical direction and mentoring to a team of developers who develop and build solutions using our Enterprise Data tools (SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server, Power BI) Ensuring team members are following best practices within the SDLC structure while overseeing, planning, and estimating project needs. Provide technical leadership on client projects and during the sales cycle.
