Responsibilities:
- Generating Walk Ins from tele calling
- Achieve New Patient Walk-ins target for Self
- Meet Retention Targets through Courtesy and Reminder calls to existing patients
- Training the junior team members and ensuring their conversion rates
- Multi Dept coordination
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Sales experience in call centre
- Strong Business development & target achievement skills
- hard core target driven sales achievement is a must
- Experience in Skin, Hair or Wellness Industry will be preferred
- Excellent Command over Spoken Marathi, Hindi , & English
- Excellent typing Skills
- Minimum 2 years of Job Commitment
