Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results - driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers over the phone, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. This position offers a competi tive package ranging from 2 to 3 Lacs Package per annum. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outbound calls to identify potential customers and generate leads for the sales team. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and offering s uitable products. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote our offerings and convert prospects into custome rs. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. Follow - up: Proactively follow up with leads and prospects to nurture the sales pipeline and maximize conversion rates. CRM Manage ment: Maintain accurate and up - to - date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Market Research: Stay up - to - date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the sales manager. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments to enhance our products and services. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A bachelor 's degree in business or related fields will be an advantage. Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product fea tures and benefits effectively. Persuasive Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals successfully. Target - Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets. Customer - Centric: A customer - focused approach with the ability to build rapport and foster long - term relationships. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies, market conditions, and customer preferences. Tech - Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales - related tools. Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and achieving results. Package: The salary package for this position ranges from 2 t o 3 Lacs per annum, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.
