Job Summary
  • Replicate and expand Claritus s existing models of business development and come up with strategies to add new channels for demand generation and Key Account penetration.
  • End to End Business Development Activities in North America region.
  • Give yourself three to six months to create a successful, reproducible and predictable sales model by adding your own experience to Claritus s existing methodologies, and then expand your team by hiring good talent who can replicate your proven sales methodologies.
  • Create supportive environment for team members and colleagues that is conducive to their growth and overall well-being.
  • Give recommendations and take active participation in various aspects of Sales, Marketing and Branding. Take Initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Create accurate and insightful reports. Forecast Quarterly and Annual Sales.
  • Meet your Quarterly and Annual Sales Quota.
