Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Expertise in generating sales through exceptional grip on freelancing platforms and practices to manage bids, generating leads, documentation, making proposals, customer communication, and closing sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, selling IT services to customers across the globe. (International sales exposure)
- Candidate knowing Ins-Outs of IT domain sales, including knowledge of web development, mobile development, and technology stack.
- Ability to communicate fluently in a written or verbal manner with proper soft skills to translate inquiries into new customers.
- Experience in procuring leads, working with the team, and following sales campaigns.
- Ability to lead the conversation with proper presentation skills.
- Ensuring customer support on prompt responses to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
- Knowledge and experience of working hand to hand with marketing, payment collection, and CRM database.
