Job Summary
- Build market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals with clients.
- Clarify goals and reach agreements maintaining the interests of all parties
- Proactively develop and improve products and services
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
- Understand clients' needs
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities-
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhance organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- 1-3 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive
- Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
- Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach
- Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
- Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage
