Job Summary
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of total work experience
- Minimum 1-year work experience with public cloud hosting and support (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
- At least one certification in one of the big three CSPs: Azure, AWS, GCP
- Knowledge of networking and security support in an Enterprise Infrastructure and public cloud space
- Experience with firewall configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise
- Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
- English language proficiency
