Job Summary
o Create customer value proposition on UPI to drive transaction throughput and volume on payments products
o Identify emerging trend in UPI. Create user journey and models to capture these opportunities, create Business Case, BCN and ensure these well tested and operationalized
o Ensure the product meets all the regulatory specifications, ensure all the regulatory reporting, audits, compliance, risk support is provided
o Be the voice of the customer within the Bank, look at any breakage affecting the customer experience, ensure its fixed and remains so
o Manage relationships with the existing partners on UPI as well as acquire more payments partnerships on UPI
o Develop a professional network in the Payment industry and Fintech ecosystem Roles & Responsibilities Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables The role holder will be responsible for:
o Conceptualization and delivery of Payment services.
o Introduction of new Payments Product
o Creation of business requirements/strategy
o Market Scanning and Competition
Project Management & Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure deliveries
o BTS & IT: BRD closure, Design Transaction Flow, Error Messages
o Marketing: User Journey creation, VD creation, Customer communication and campaigns to drive volume
o Risk and Compliance: Product adhere to the highest standards in the industry
o Contact Centre: Ensure best in class customer experience
o Branch Banking Support: Training and driving UPI at branch level
Payments Partner Management
o Agreement execution and partnership building
o Facilitation on daily operations, identify and resolve key pain points
