Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the prospective clients, generating business from the new & existing accounts and achieving increased sales growth by attaining periodical targets.
  • Perform competitor / market analysis by keeping abreast of market trends, competitor moves to achieve market share.
  • Develop marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
  • Responsible for business development of Process Equipment s and turnkey solutions to Food, Pharma & Chemical industries.
  • Preparation of techno-commercial proposals, bid analysis, qualifying documentation for various tenders, preparation of proposals, contracts etc.
  • Submitting offers as well as attending techno-commercial meetings and bagging the purchase orders, work contracts after negotiation.
  • Handling credit management for timely collection of receivables from customers and periodic reviewing of credit limits to the customers.
  • Developing relationships with key accounts / OEM / customers for business development
  • Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms. Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Attend business exhibition/trade fairs happening domestic & internationally and generate business for the company
  • Attending to Customer concerns & complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.

Qualification :
B.E/B.Tech./M.E/M Tech. (Chemical/Mechanical)
