Job Summary Project Bidding and Business Negotiation: Independently responsible for lead qualification, project bidding, tendering, business negotiation, and contract finalization. Contract management and negotiation Research and collect local market information to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Lead Generation and Client Relationship Building: Research and build relationships with clients. Prospect for potential new clients and convert leads into increased business. Monitor product sales to analyze pricing and promotional requirements. Manage an effective Lead Management System, including efficient lead qualification and development of lead generation strategies to meet the company's leads quota. Solution Development and Technical Meetings: Work with the presales team to develop solutions that meet customer needs. Attend technical meetings and prepare presentations if required. Independently handle quotes and finalize contracts. Ensure smooth site work and timely project delivery. Take on temporary assignments as needed. Requirements: Proven working experience as a BD Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Creativity, innovation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, including effective oral and written communication. Effective demonstration and presentation techniques. Customer service-oriented, motivated, honest, and results-driven.
