Job Summary Position Description:

We are looking for BDM who has at least 2-3 years of experience in the same and must have in-depth knowledge of their duties. He/she must be able to work with our team and able to convert generate leads and convert them. He/she must be responsible and sincere towards their work.

Looking For:

Must be able to perform business development tasks and its relevant process
Analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities and monitoring of its implementation
Prepare the Business Model answering "how do we make money" and its analytical backup and roadmap for implementation, the Business Plan.
Practical application of marketing techniques and the management of a firm's marketing resources and activities
Build detailed profiles of each competitor in the market, focusing especially on their relative competitive strengths and weaknesses using SWOT analysis
Marketing managers will examine each competitor's cost structure, sources of profits,resources and competencies, competitive positioning and product differentiation, degree of vertical integration, historical responses to industry developments, and other factors
The ability to manage, recruit & train a strong future sales team
