Job Summary

Cencora is searching for a passionate data analyst to join our offshore Data Innovations Support and Operations team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality, accessibility, and accuracy of data and reporting for our clients within the global pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee data refresh processes to guarantee their success.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within data pipelines.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of SQL queries (writing and reading).
  • Analyze and fulfill internal user access requests.
  • Monitor reporting server/application upgrades and participate in deployments.
  • Investigate and fix inaccurate reports, and manage application failover and renewal procedures.
  • Collaborate with analytics consultants, client representatives, and internal stakeholders to identify strategic analytics opportunities and report improvements.
  • Manage tasks and timelines to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Share and propagate best practices with colleagues.
  • Uphold a data and information environment that delivers consistent and accurate client data reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience leading the creation and support of data and analytics products.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and research.
  • Strong understanding and experience with reporting tools like Power BI, SSRS, and Tableau.
  • Expertise in writing SQL queries for various database environments (SQL Server, Azure, Snowflake).
  • Prior experience with Power BI/Tableau deployments, Tableau administration (backups, recovery, monitoring, security) is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory pipelines (a plus).
  • Job monitoring skills with the ability to pinpoint and fix failed pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Data Storage, Databricks, and Pyspark.
  • Ability to comprehend, read, and write complex SQL queries.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and plan work effectively.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for interaction with both business and technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
