Job Summary What You ll Do -Lead\Escalation point for frontline tech support for Windows laptops -Endpoint configuration and reporting through enterprise tools like SCCM and Intune -Working knowledge on SCCM SQL Database -Build, manage, deploy, track software and update packages -Maintain standard provisioning processes using modern automated methods -Act as a subject matter expert for Windows devices -Act as a subject matter expert and system administrator for mobile device management (MDM) -Ensure all endpoints are communicating with and enforcing policies from management systems -Perform functional and timeline analysis for non-standard end user requirements and suggest hardware and software specifications for their project requirements in a cost-effective manner What You ll Bring -Bachelor s Degree in Information technology, or other related field, and 3 years experience supporting domain bound Windows laptops -Strong Windows troubleshooting experience -Must be a team player, dedicated, and proactive -Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills -Ability to clearly present technical approaches or findings in oral and written format -Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. -Highly self-motivated and directed. -Very strong customer service orientation. -SCCM Certified Professional or comparable experience Perks & Benefits: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development. Qualification :
Bachelors Degree in Information technology, or other related field, and 3 years experience supporting domain bound Windows laptops
