Job Profile
- To create & lead great campaign ideas.
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery across offline & online media.
- Responsible for designing illustrations and infographics that reflect the brand s communication strategy from promotion of new product launches, marketing and promotional campaigns etc.
- Guide and review junior designers work to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
- Drive innovative ideas to portray fresh concepts for the brand.
- Lead the design for product packaging for multiple formats.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with the digital team to maintain the aesthetic of the brand and not impact user friendliness.
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure timely deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools and train the team members
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Bachelors in design or Graphic design degree.
- Proven experience of minimum 8 years as a Graphic Designer. Should have a strong portfolio of designs for various media formats & product packaging.
- Proficient in design tools like Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, (Adobe suite will be an advantage).
- Creative mind- set to generate great campaign ideas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should have an eye for details.
- Prefer analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
- High empathy.
