Job Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Understanding business and user needs: Conducting and executing research processes, usability audits & testing.
  • Defining requirements: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define product requirements that meet the needs of diverse user groups.
  • Idea generation and concept development: Facilitate and participate in brainstorming sessions and employ creative techniques to generate a diverse range of innovative ideas and concepts, addressing user needs and market opportunities.
  • Visualize and communicate ideas: Wireframe, and prototype features and products that address user-centered needs and behaviors. Effectively communicate your design and its impact to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership.
  • Advocating for the user: Be the voice of the user in the design process, ensuring that our final products are effective, useful, usable, and desirable for our users.
  • Provide design guidance and feedback to your team members, ensuring the quality and alignment of design deliverables.
  • Drive the development of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency and enhances the overall user experience.
  • Drive the UX design process, from conceptualization to final implementation, for our products and solutions.

Key Requirements:


  • A strong portfolio of work that showcases design thinking, design process, and visual design across web and mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts and strategies to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong user advocacy and understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors or masters degree in design.

5+ years of UI/UX Design experience
Experience Required :

3 to 7 Years
