Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
5+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work.
Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, After )
In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to do hands-on design work, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working on mobile and web applications is highly desirable.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive digital experiences.
A passion for design and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
