Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


- **Sales Plan Execution:**

- Meet and exceed assigned weekly/monthly sales targets

- Foster strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital sales and AI technologies.


### **Qualifications**


- **Experience:**

- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on North American market.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.


- **Skills:**

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.


- **Education:**

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.


- **Technical Proficiency:**

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
