This is a Senior Domain Engineer-Hardware design role, reporting to R&D Team Manager in Business Area Electrification (EL) located in Bangalore and will be responsible for continuously creating new technology based innovation by contributing extensively to successful Product releases for Electrification Business Area.

Your responsibilities

• Working involves mainly Electronics Hardware design, development & validation activities.
• Involvement from requirement analysis till product release which gives an opportunity of knowing complete product development lifecycle.
• Proposing innovative solutions for customer requirements .
• Collaborating well with the team, to deliver the Product releases on time, with good quality.
• Aligning with assigned targets (time, cost, quality) and complete project deliverables.
• Demonstrating sound understanding and usages of R&D processes and tools.
• Defining current transformer / sensor specs & design and HW module verification.

Your background

• B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in electronics Hardware (HW) design, requirement analysis, design, development & validation including type test.
• Shall have good experiences in HW component selection, schematics for SMPS / power supply design, analog HW design.
• Hands on experience of HW design tool like PADs, OrCAD.
• Knowledge of PCB layout design and verification.
• Shall have knowledge of IEC standards for EMI/EMC testing of electronics relays.
• Sensor signals(Current, Voltage, Temp. etc) processing circuit (ckt).
• BI / BO processing ckt design experience.
