Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target audiences, and analyze their characteristics, behavior and media habits
  • Prepare media plan/pitch decks as per the brief shared by clients or sales team
  • To drive strategy and become the primary point of contact for the client
  • Mapping of all the requirements and business solution along with price negotiation
  • Own the media strategy across all teams and ensure campaigns are set up for success
  • Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
  • Provide informed point of views on recommendations and opportunities on media strategies and tactics
  • Support the execution of strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned accounts
  • Own and implement regular performance reviews of the accounts on all the on boarded clients
  • Constant communication with the internal team members for arriving brand and business objectives, project briefing and optimization of the campaigns and help to grow the client s business
  • Drive meetings and calls with the clients for unanimous marketing strategies, presentations and relationship building
  • Creating and aligning tactical & annual digital action plans in line with business objectives of clients
  • Create and maintain media kit, flowcharts, buying guidelines, budget summaries, plan implementation and competitive reports
  • Keeping clients abreast of the latest trends across display, mobile and online video
  • Defining the apt digital blend for our clients, establishing roles for each digital medium, i.e. social media, mobile, display, video etc
  • Develop a thorough, up to date knowledge of the clients, categories, business and media
  • To drive business growth through existing clients by developing a proactive action plan

Candidates Skills & Experience:

  • 6 to 10 years of Experience
  • Experience with audience mapping and targeting
  • Knowledge of latest trends in video, media and ad serving
  • Experience leading meetings and presenting to clients
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Knowledge of audience identification and segmentation
  • Creating and implementing media strategies based on client goals
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven track record driving business growth
  • History of creating and maintaining guidelines, reporting, budget summaries and competitor analysis
