In this role you be responsible in ensuring the identification of all assets in scope of Vulnerability Management Services (VMS), include them in the required tools and systems and the creation of all different reports according to the scope and needs. Managing systems required to deliver services and handle service requests tracked via ticketing solutions. This role repots to IS Security Vulnerability Management Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Explaining the purpose of and provides advice and guidance on the application and operation of elementary physical, procedural and technical security controls.
• Communicating information security risks and issues to business managers and others. Performs basic risk assessments for small information systems. Contributes to vulnerability assessments. Applies and maintains specific security controls as required by organizational policy and local risk assessments. Investigates suspected attacks. Responds to security breaches in line with security policy and records the incidents and action taken.
• Is consulted, gives advice and supports reporting and analysis initiatives into Infosec services. Collaborate with Master Data team and Business Areas stakeholders.
• Establishing and monitors a comprehensive risk focused asset identification/management & reporting metrics to ensure efficient delivery of security services meeting business requirements. Develops and maintains process for interaction and communication between Corporate IS, Business IS, GBS IS esp. Domains to enable full coverage.
• Ensuring all assets are included in all relevant VMS reports, that have been collected and added into all VMS toolsets by aggregating, consolidating and deduplicating data to conform a single list of all known assets for later re-port with all relevant information to be able to handle all vulnerabilities from end to end for VMS security services.

Your background

• Bachelor€™s degree or equivalent level with IT focus.
• Requires minimum 4 years of experience combined with Information Security, Data Analysis, Databse management and scripting.
• Security Certification (CISSP, CISM, GSEC, €) €“ would be an asset
• Experience with patch management processes and products.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys suite desired)
• Experience in data models and reporting packages
• Experience in programming languages such as Visual Basic, C++ and general scripting needs.
• Experienced in working in outsourced environment.
